Having built and lived on multiple waterfront homes Mike understands both waterfront living and the desire for the lifestyle that lakefront property can provide. Paddlewheel Villas has all the desirable physical attributes of Okanagan Lakeshore. Be it great views, the beach and water, or simply a quiet place to retreat, the lifestyle of the discriminating buyer has been forefront through out the design process. From conception, planning, design, engineering, demolition, excavation, to construction, Mike is hands on and on site to ensure that the end result is second to none in terms of execution and quality. No corners are being cut. As mentioned elsewhere, the development goals are to create a high quality, maintenance free home that will allow the owners/occupants to enjoy all that the Okanagan has to offer. To insure that the development achieves the desired outcome, local, reliable and quality oriented subtrades have been contracted, resulting in a product that everyone can be proud of.
