Months of research and many uncompromising principles were incorporated into the creation of the Paddlewheel Villa floor plan. Initial plans were custom designed and drawn for this site to take full advantage of the lake view, and the lakeshore, then refined and enhanced by the architectural firm of MQN Architects.

The most cost effective unit. Perfect for the more cost conscious buyer or the buyer who does not require a home office /den.

The end unit, what more do we have to say - except that it is also the priciest unit available. Slightly less peripheral view straight out and to the west, but the most view from your deck down the lake and to the east. The largest yard in the complex, and the only unit with direct access to the west beach. 3,035 square feet. Sit on the deck, if you do not feel intimidated by the neighbouring property this will be your unit.
