Rentals Paddlewheel Villas owners can elect to exclusively occupy their home, or they may choose to make it available to friends, relatives, employees, or rent to the general public when not enjoying it themselves. The strata bylaws allows short and long term rental accommodation and the City of Vernon zoning unique to this strip of beach both permits and encourages rental and commercial rental accommodation. An owner who wishes to rent his home may do so, either privately, through a third party rental operator of the owners choice, or through the services of the on-site resident manager. Vacation packages will vary from simple accommodation only packages to more value added all-inclusive type packages where guests will be able to choose from options of; daily housekeeping, meal preparation, daily massage, daily water-ski/wakeboard lessons, daily golf and activity arrangements etc. Anticipated guest rates are $3,500. - $6,300. per week during the summer months. A rental site is currently under construction. Time to completion will depend on market demand.
